  • Sessions can range from 2hrs-4.5hrs and are available in the following formats:

    • Intensively: ongoing sessions scheduled at a frequency that feels most supportive for you. This could look like biweekly sessions for 2-3hrs or monthly for 2-4hrs.

    • Intensive: a defined number of sessions scheduled over a concentrated number days, typically 1-3 days. This typically looks like a 90min pre-intensive to identify areas of focus, then 2-4.5hr sessions over the course of 1-3 days, with a follow-up 50min session around 2 weeks later.

  • Working intensively is helpful for deep, accelerating progress, processing complex emotions and experiences, in a supportive and structured environment.
