I have extensive experience working with client’s who are suffering from complex PTSD, anxiety, depression and grief. I work with a wide variety of challenges and concerns, including but not limited to:

  • Healing from trauma is a courageous journey and one that can be difficult navigated alone. I am here to help you feel safe to explore the impact of your experiences, gently process your emotions, reconnect with your body and release stored trauma, increase self-compassion, and help you develop coping strategies that allow you to feel empowered. Through a holistic and collaborative approach, we will tap into your innate strengths, build self-confidence and embark on a transformative path towards greater balance, harmony and well-being.

  • Living vegan in a non-vegan world is tough and feels really unfair most days. This compassionate path you’ve chosen can be accompanied with trauma, grief, isolation, anger, depression, compassion fatigue, etc. I understand this all too well and am here to help you find healthy ways to cope, feel supported and fully enjoy the decision you’ve made to live in alignment with your values and make a positive impact on this world!

  • So you’ve made the choice to not have children and you’re struggling to find support, validation and community. This is a big decision to make and you may be feeling like people just don’t get it and perceive you as being selfish or immature. I am here to remind you that this is simply not true. It takes a lot of courage, introspection and being really honest with yourself to get where you are right now. It’s a really beautiful thing to carve your own path. Whatever your reasons are, I’m here to help you fully embrace saying “YES!” to a childfree life!

  • There are no words to describe the loss of losing an animal you love. Animals are family and the grief is the same, if not more painful for many folks. It’s completely valid to grieve their absence as you would for any beloved human in your life. Your bond with your animal was special and your feelings of loss are real and important. I am here to offer my support in helping you cope as you navigate through your grief. You don’t have to go through it alone.

  • This is for folks who consider themselves a “yes” person, struggle to set and maintain healthy boundaries, feel they continue to repeat the same patterns in their relationships, have fear of failure, are overly critical of themselves or often wonder “am I doing enough?” Oof - I know the struggle here. Let’s work together to understand your system better, increase self-compassion, feel empowered when you set boundaries and embrace your humanness!
