Holistic Trauma Therapy for Adults Online across New Mexico, Colorado, & Florida

Helping empaths, deep-feelers, & HSP’s heal from trauma, anxiety, grief, & burnout.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

You’ve spent so much of your life caring for others, anticipating everyone else's needs, and trying not to be a burden that you’ve lost touch with what you need. You’ve gotten really good at holding everything together—but somewhere along the way, you may have learned to put yourself last. From the outside, your life might look put together, but beneath the surface, you’re carrying more than anyone realizes.

What people don’t see?

  • the inner chaos of an anxious & overwhelmed nervous system

  • the chronic stress & burnout

  • feeling overly responsible for other’s emotions, comfort, or wellbeing

  • the difficulty resting without feeling guilty or unproductive

  • the shame of constantly feeling like you should be doing better, even when you're already doing your best

  • the harsh inner voice asking, Why is this so hard? or Why can't I handle this better?

  • questioning yourself when you're struggling instead of recognizing how much you're carrying

  • how much energy it takes to look like you have it all together when you’re actually running on empty

As a deep-feeling, sensitive soul, you may often feel like you experience the world differently than the people around you.

You wonder if you’re too sensitive, too emotional, or simply too much.

You feel things deeply. You notice things other people seem to miss. You may pick up on subtle shifts in a room before anyone says a word, can easily sense when someone you love isn't okay, or find yourself taking on the stress, emotions, or energy around you.

You may spend so much time reading the room, anticipating what might go wrong, and trying to sure everything is okay, that you don't have much space to notice what's happening inside you. And when you do notice, you may be quick to dismiss it, talk yourself out of it, or struggle to trust what you’re feeling.

The cost of constantly putting yourself aside has left you feeling disconnected, depleted, and lonely.

You may be tired of questioning whether you're doing enough while also feeling like you're somehow too much.

Maybe you've spent years carrying the belief that you're not good enough, not doing enough, or should be trying harder. At the same time, you may have learned to wonder if you're too sensitive, too emotional, too intense, or simply too much for the people around you.

And when it seems like things come so much easier to everyone else, there may have been moments when you started to wonder if something is wrong with you. You may carry shame about the things that feel harder than they “should,” comparing yourself to other people and wondering why they seem to manage life so much more easily while it feels like you're working hard just to keep up.

Over time, those questions can become deeply painful beliefs about who you are.

And when you don't feel understood by the people around you, it can become even easier to turn that pain inward. You may start believing that you need to try harder, be less sensitive, need less, or simply figure out how to handle everything on your own.

But holding everything together comes at a cost.

Rest doesn't feel restful when your mind is still running through everything that needs to get done, everything you forgot, or everything you “should” be doing. You may feel guilty for taking time for yourself, struggle to set boundaries because you don't want to disappoint anyone, or find yourself saying yes when you really want to say no.

When you've spent so much time caring for everyone else, it can be difficult to even recognize what you need.

So you keep going. You stay busy. You overthink. You push through. You tell everyone, “I'm fine.”

Until eventually, you can't keep pushing anymore.

It is no wonder that you’re burnt out.

DEAR SENSITIVE, EXHAUSTED HUMANS…

YOU ARE IN EXACTLY THE RIGHT PLACE.

Fellow empaths, deep-feelers, & HSP’s… welcome.

Many clients connect with me through our shared experiences, interests, and values. I’m drawn to working with empaths, highly sensitive people, and socially conscious humans who care deeply about animals, nature, creativity, books, music, and the world around them.

I believe that who we are and how we move through the world naturally shapes the way we understand healing, connection, and care. My own roots are part of what I bring into the therapy room. I’m an Indigenous woman with white-presenting privilege, who’s a late-diagnosed ADHD’r. I’m cis, straight passing, and queer. I’ve been vegan for 10 years. These lived experiences, along with my commitment to liberation, justice, compassion, and collective care, guide the way I show up in my work.

The values and experiences that shape how I show up as a therapist also shape how I move through the world. I believe that feeling deeply, caring deeply, and being deeply connected to the world around us can be both a gift and a lot to carry.

There is a quote that always makes me laugh, but that I also really resonate with:

“I know it’s a privilege to feel this deeply… but WTF.”

Feeling deeply can be a beautiful thing—and it can also be a lot. I want therapy to be a space where you don't have to minimize what you feel, apologize for your sensitivity, or wonder whether you're too much. You can show up as your whole, unique, messy, complicated, wonderfully human self.

Because… same!

Maybe what you really needed all along was to feel understood.

Not fixed. Not told to try harder. Not told you're too sensitive or that you just need to let things go. Just understood.

Healing requires a sense of safety and trust, so we don't rush into anything. We move at a pace that feels right for you, paying attention to what you need along the way. You remain in control of what we explore, how deeply we go, and when you're ready to move forward.

I'm here to meet you where you are and get curious about your story—what has shaped you, what you're carrying, what matters to you, and where you want to go from here.

You've been taking care of everyone else. Let's make sure you're taking care of you, too.
