Holistic Trauma Therapy for Adults in NM, CO, OR, FL, & TX.

Support for trauma, grief, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, & burnout.

You’re carrying alot, arent you?

Are you feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, burnt out, or overwhelmed? Are past traumatic experiences still impacting how you feel, respond, and move through your life today? Maybe you feel stuck in patterns of perfectionism or people-pleasing - caught in cycles that leave you exhausted or disconnected from yourself.

You might notice tension in your body, racing thoughts, difficulty focusing, irritability, low mood, or fatigue. Maybe social situations feel draining, trust feels hard in relationships, or you feel weighed down by a belief that you’re not enough or too much. You likely have the intention and desire to do the things that matter to you, but sometimes your energy and bandwidth don’t always meet you there.

You may feel discouraged or frustrated, wondering why things haven’t changed despite everything you’ve tried. You might also be carrying generational trauma, feeling the weight of what’s been passed down, or feeling deeply impacted by the pain, suffering, and injustice in the world.

What you’re really wanting is space - to slow down, to breathe, to feel safe in your own body. Relief from the constant stress, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm. You want to feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood. You want support as you process personal, generational, and collective experiences.

You want healthier boundaries and relationships that feel nourishing and authentic. To be able to say no, to rest without guilt, and to trust yourself in those choices. You want to move through your life with more clarity and confidence - feeling grounded, steady, and secure within yourself. A sense of inner safety, stability, and trust.

More ease. More connection. More joy. More alignment with who you are.

In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you understand your patterns in a way that invites in understanding and self-compassion. We’ll explore how anxiety, depression, perfectionism, people-pleasing, reactive, or shutdown responses developed for real reasons - and how they may still be trying to protect you.

We’ll make space for grief - personal, relational, generational, and collective - and honor the ways loss and change shape your nervous system and sense of self. Together, we’ll gently and safely explore the impact of past trauma, relational pain, generational wounds, and living in a world that often feels painful and overwhelming.

We’ll work on building your capacity to move through difficult or distressing experiences without becoming consumed by them.

Rather than fighting or pathologizing what’s happening internally, you’ll learn how to relate to your experiences with more awareness, presence, compassion, and choice. Deep healing can happen when your system feels safe enough, and I’m committed to helping you build and experience that safety in our work together.

Hi! I’m Chelsea (she/her) and I’m so glad that you’re here.

I’m a licensed therapist and certified coach, specializing in EMDR, IFS/Parts Work, Brainspotting, and Somatic Work. These approaches help us work with both the mind and body, addressing trauma and patterns at their source, supporting nervous system regulation, and creating space for deeper self-understanding and healing.

My values - both in and out of my professional life - are rooted in compassion, connection, justice, liberation, and collective care. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of healing, and that deep, transformational change can happen when your system feels safe and supported.

I see therapy as a partnership - walking alongside you with compassion, support, guidance, and tools while honoring your wisdom and lived experiences. My goal is to help you feel safer, more grounded, and at home in yourself, knowing that tending to your own well-being doesn’t just impact you - it creates ripples of change in the world around you. As we heal our nervous system, develop regulation skills, honor our stories, and care for ourselves, we begin to show up differently with our families, friendships, jobs, and communities. Individual healing becomes a form of collective care - it shapes how we connect, love, relate, and show up in the world.

My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities and lived experiences. In our work together, we’ll not only explore personal challenges but also identify the larger systems that may be impacting your life. I recognize that healing looks different for everyone, so we’ll work together to develop a plan that feels supportive and aligned with your goals.
